For Fabrications, Assembly and Installations, our welded structural frames are outstanding their precision, economy, strength and versatility. Manufacturing parts are Cabinets, Tanks, Panels, Chassis and Mechanical Frames and Components etc. Our staffs have high skills and can handle every largest and most complex structural and frames.
For Piping, all types of piping works (Carbon steel, stainless steel, and mild steel) in different industries and applications (eg., Plant Transmission Piping System, Water distribution system, Hydraulic Piping System etc).
For Welding, we have skillful welders in all types of welding position including 2G, 3G, 4 G and 6G in welding process for different types. We can weld and assembly for all mechanical frames and any complex components.
Plasma applications are Custom Metal Fabrication, HVAC Sheet Metal Fabrications, Industrial Equipment Manufacturing, Machinery Manufacturing and Steel Service Centers.
For CNC Milling and Turning, we produce precision machined parts in our automated CNC machining centers. Our graphics systems do all programming.Using materials types are steel, aluminium, stainless steel, brass, bronze, mild steel, D2, carbon steel and plastic such as Nylon, Acetyl & Teflon. Machine parts are inspected for accuracy throughout the production process. After finishing parts, go through them to the final inspection before deliverin to you.
